Where Government Securities are offered on the secondary market to any person in any jurisdiction, such Government Securities are not offered, and must not be bought or sold, except under circumstances that will result in compliance with any applicable securities laws or regulations.

Kiwi Bonds: Only people who are New Zealand residents can purchase Kiwi Bonds from New Zealand Debt Management. No offer of Kiwi Bonds is made to anyone who is not a New Zealand resident. For the avoidance of doubt, this means anyone resident outside New Zealand, even if they hold New Zealand citizenship, is ineligible to purchase Kiwi Bonds from New Zealand Debt Management.
