The Treasury has announced details of the regular New Zealand Government Bond (NZGB) tender schedule for the month of February 2021. Formal confirmation of each tender occurs on announcement dates.

- Tenders will be governed by the official Operating Rules and Guidelines (PDF 493KB). The preference will be to fill tenders according to volumes announced in the tender schedule, to the extent possible.
- As announced on 16 December 2020, subject to market conditions, two new nominal NZGBs are expected to be launched, via syndication, before 30 June 2021.
- Subject to market conditions, the Treasury anticipates the launch of the new 15 May 2026 nominal bond in the week beginning 1 February 2021. If the transaction occurs, the scheduled bond tender for that week will be cancelled.
- The maturity of the other nominal NZGB, which is expected to be longer-dated than the 15 May 2026 NZGB, will be confirmed ahead of syndication.
