Finalised changes to Primary Market Access Framework for New Zealand Government Securities announced

The Treasury today released finalised changes to the Primary Market Access Framework (Framework) for New Zealand Government Securities (NZGS).

The final Framework is substantially similar to that proposed in the consultation document released in March.

The finalised Framework will go into effect 1 July 2024.
