Advisory Note: Head of Funding, Investment and Markets Resignation

New Zealand Debt Management has today announced that Matthew Collin, Head  of Funding, Investment and Markets, has resigned from the Treasury.

Matthew leaves New Zealand Debt Management at the Treasury to take up the role of “Director, Balance Sheet Trading” at ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited.

Matthew Appleby (currently Principal Portfolio Manager) will take on the role of Acting Head of Funding, Investment and Markets, with immediate effect, reporting to Kim Martin, Head of New Zealand Debt Management, whilst an external recruitment process is undertaken.
